These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SignalShift AI website and platform (collectively, the “Service”), operated by SignalShift AI (“SignalShift AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration​

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use the Service.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Description of the Service​

SignalShift AI provides an AI-powered funnel intelligence and diagnostic platform that analyses sales, marketing and revenue-related data from connected third-party tools to surface insights, explanations and prioritised recommendations.

The Service is intended to support decision-making. It does not replace professional judgment, business expertise, financial advice or operational oversight.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or exploit the Service or its underlying technology
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to access data you do not have permission to access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

4. Data Access and Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party tools (such as CRMs, analytics platforms or revenue tools), you authorise SignalShift AI to access data from those systems only to provide the Service.

Wherever possible, SignalShift AI accesses connected tools in read-only mode.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect such tools and share the data they contain.

SignalShift AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or reliability of third-party services or data sources.

5. Fees, Trials and Billing​

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles and trial periods are described on our website or at checkout.

Payments are processed by our authorised payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. SignalShift AI does not store full payment card details.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in accordance with the billing terms presented at signup.

6. Intellectual Property​

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, designs, branding, content and documentation, belong to SignalShift AI or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your subscription period. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. Confidentiality​

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, technical or commercial information disclosed in connection with the Service and to use such information only for purposes related to these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

SignalShift AI makes no warranties that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Insights or recommendations will lead to specific business outcomes
  • All data or analysis will be complete or fully accurate

You acknowledge that business decisions involve risk and that you remain solely responsible for actions taken based on the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalShift AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.

SignalShift AI’s total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SignalShift AI in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will end.

11. Changes to the Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
